We are proud to offer trauma-informed support for people experiencing persistent physical symptoms and chronic illness. We specialise in providing biopsychosocial psychotherapy to support people experiencing difficulties related to health. Founded by Dr Sula Windgassen, Senior Health Psychologist, CBT Therapist and EMDR Practitioner and King's College London Associate Researcher & visiting lecturer, Mind Body Blossom has a commitment to evidence-based practice.
In addition to providing one-to-one psychotherapy and guided self-help, Mind Body Blossom also provides corporate consultancy, workshops and media work.
OUR SERVICES
Gut Disorders
We provide a range of psychological services specialised for the experience of gut conditions including irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and functional dyspepsia.
Pelvic and Urogynae Health
We work with predominantly women with chronic/recurrent urinary tract infections (cUTI), interstitial cystitis (IC), overactive bladder (OAB), vulvodynia & pelvic pain in the context of, or separate to, endometriosis.
One-To-One Work
As health psychologists, we have a specialism in working with health conditions. We offer therapy sessions and also the option of shorter, guided self-help sessions.
Consultancy
We work with a number of commercial, academic and not-for-profit organisations to develop health psychology research and interventions and produce health psychology content.
Collaborations and Media Work
Dr Sula Windgassen has contributed to multiple media publications including Women's Health Magazine, Stylist and Red Magazine. Our team works with production companies and organisations to provide comment and input on matters related to health psychology.
